If your injury claim feels like it's going nowhere, it may be by design.
Insurance companies make money by paying claims slowly, paying less, or not paying at all. Talal Perez Ghosheh knows the playbook, and how Georgia law can push back.

Three moves you'll probably see
"We're still reviewing your file."
Weeks of unanswered calls, requests for the same records, new adjusters. Time pressures people to accept less.
Your move: deadlines in writing, and a time-limited demand when the time is right.
Exhibit B · Deny"Our driver wasn't at fault."
Fault disputes, "pre-existing condition," "gap in treatment," "minor impact." Reasons to pay nothing.
Your move: evidence they can't argue with, gathered early.
Exhibit C · Defend"See you in court."
When a claim is denied, the insurer hires lawyers and bets you won't sue, or won't last.
Your move: a lawyer who prepares every case like it's going to trial.

How long can an insurance company take to pay?
There isn't one simple deadline for every claim. But Georgia law gives injured people tools, like time-limited settlement demands, that can put real pressure on an insurer to decide. We use them when the timing is right.
Can I sue an insurance company for bad faith?
Sometimes. Georgia has specific bad faith laws, and when an insurer unreasonably refuses to settle within its policy limits, it can end up responsible for more than the policy. It depends on the facts and who the insurer insures.
The insurer says my injury was pre-existing. Now what?
In Georgia, if a crash made an existing condition worse, that worsening can still be part of your claim. Your medical records before and after the crash tell the story.
What does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. Contingency fee: no attorney fee unless we recover money for you.
